NetCost Privacy Policy

NetCost is a planned service to help people find the lowest real cost for prescriptions and procedures. This site is an early-access waitlist. This policy explains what we collect here and why.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
• Optional survey answers, if you choose to give them: what you most want help saving on, and which kind of plan would be most useful to you.
• How you found us. If you arrive from another website or through a link with tracking tags, we record the referring page and any source, medium, and campaign tags.
• Basic visit counts. We log which page was viewed, the referring page, and the time. We don't store your IP address or use cookies for this.
• When you agreed to receive updates.

We do not ask for, and you shouldn't send us, health information, insurance details, or prescription information at this stage.

How we use it

To email you about early access and launch, to understand which features people want, and to measure how many people visit and sign up. We do not sell your email address or share it for advertising.

Who handles it

We run this site on our own infrastructure and use Cloudflare to deliver and protect it, so Cloudflare processes requests to the site, including IP addresses, for security and delivery. We use Titan Email to send emails. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Our infrastructure provider may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 12 months after launch. Visit logs are kept for 12 months.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email [email protected] to ask what we have about you or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor them.

Looking ahead

If we later offer features that involve insurance or health-related information, we will update this policy and ask for your clear permission before collecting any of it.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18.
